Products are great. My coat went on sale the day it was delivered to me but you kindly returned the difference to my credit card. That is great cutomer service.

I ordered the wrong size as the sizing for things like this can be hard. I called and they swapped it with me quickly and easily. They even sent the new clothing item out to me before I had a chance to mail back the one t hat was to big!
