Order was delayed in shipping. Divided between two warehouses. Daily excuse of why items were not shipping out. Order was not complete even though you said it was. Some items were not the quality we were expecting.

Very good selection and quality, although sometimes it is hard to fully picture an item. Some close-ups on items' details and a bit more detailed descriptions may help to reduce returns due to didn't like or thought it was different, like in my case.

Merchandise was missed sized at manufactures. Your willingness to exchange was appreciated but your turn around time was not the best. Had to call and was told that my order got lost or hung up in the Ca. office.

I was pleased with the price, quick shipment, and product quality. However, I would be willing to pay a little more for a made in America product.

I ordered a black cloth belt and I had to send the medium size back and get a small. It was very easy to exchange. Unfortunately, the small is too small and the medium was way too large so I guess I have to lose weight since I didn't have time to send it back.
