I have never used this store before. It was a wonderful experience. I called before placing the order and spoke with, I believe, Chris and we went over some questions I had about blouses and vest as Christmas presents for my daughter. Afterwards I had to return an item and again I was graciously served, in fact I substituted and other clouse for the returned vest. This store is clearly interested in its customers and that it sell superior products

It seemed to speak to my aesthetic; the website was clean, orderly, user-friendly, and informative; it seemed that while other retailers sold the same or similar products, it was random, whereas historical emporium sold all and only items that were pertinent
