There was a mistake made with my order which delayed shipping and I was refunded my shipping charge for the inconvenience...your company really knows how to run a business and maintain customer satisfaction...you could instruct many other institutions. i like your selection of clothes and accessories. i appreciate the notification process as well as the customer service. my only issue (and it's w/myself) is the measurement system. i'm not confident to measure and order, it just doesn't seem to make sense. i had ordered a medium blouse, which is my size, but it was way, way too small. i want to eventually order a dress ensemble but not sure i'll be able to w/o having to return it.

The quality of the products I received is superb.

The overall quality of the items is nothing like I could have ever imagined would be available so easily. The service was quick and very easy to track. I would never expect anything less, for something I think is actually affordable given how incredibly high quality it is. I could have bought a suit for over $500 (which I did) and have it be 10 times less quality than a top and trouser item I bought for a total of $130. I would recommend this (and have) for anyone who wants to use their money intelligently, and not be scammed by major corporate businesses.

Quality control is poor. On one vest, none of the buttons were sewn on well. They were extremely loose and one came off when I tried it on.

This watch far surpasses my expectations. It's better looking than the pictures, the works are clearly visible, very solid construction. Mine keeps accurate time; I've only had to adjust it when I've neglected to wind the watch. I mostly wear it as a pendant, though it is on the heavy side for jewelry. I've also worn it clipped to a satchel and carried it on a fob in my pocket. A most modest price for an excellent little watch.
