I am very happy with the Griffin Vest I purchased. I was a little worried that the vest would be a little too flashy from the pictures. I was relieved to find it to be more subdued than the pictures would lead one to believe. Originally purchased as part of next halloween's costume, but I'm already finding excuses to wear it.

Due to loops, belts it can fit all sizes. Lovely color and pattern. Plan to wear it on a cruise.

I purchased this cane for two reasons. First of all I do use a cane for a back injury and second I love steampunk. The cane is made very sturdy and the brass pieces all fit very well and snug. One of the issues I noticed about the cane that isn't really a problem just something to be aware of is that the telescope inside will slowly drop dow into it's longest positions while you are walking with it. You will not noticed this until you attempt to take out the telescope at a later time. All you have to do is raise the telescope up as high as the brass fitting goes and then reach down to the very bottom and slowly tug the telescope back into it's shorter position to give you clearance for it to swing out for viewing. The site advises that this cane should not be used for medical purposes and as a general rule I would agree. The rubber stopper at the bottom of the cane tends to slide a bit when walking on smooth surfaces, however as stated I have a back injury and really need a cane for extra support while walking. If you use a cane without putting a lot of force down on it this cane is perfect, if you need to rely on a cane to support your weight it will work but you will run the risk of the cane slipping out from under you. Other then that this cane is amazing! The telescope does work and provides a clean and clear image. The zoom is only 2x so don't expect this to work much better then that. If you are looking for a classy cane that fits both the steampunk scene as well as something that could be used on a daily basis this is the cane for you. In my honest opinion this cane is worth more then Historical Emporium is asking for and is an amazing cane for it's price. VERY HIGH QUALITY!!!

I like the style of the shirt and material very much. The color I thought was not well represented. I thought it was more white than an off white. That I why I gave it four stars. The customer service on other items has been great and exceptional. I will continue to buy from Historical Emporium.

I absolutely LOVE this vest. The red/black Buckingham vest is completely stunning. It came to my home in about 2-3 business days from the time I bought this vest. The vest is absolute splendor and beauty. It also fits me very well. I do have some words of advice to those who want this vest. First: you're going to want to reenforce the buttons as they are a little loosely attached. Second: be very honest about your measurments. This vest is cut smaller than other vests made by HE. Other than that you will be the talk of the town in the Buckingham vest. If you love victorian style vests; get this now.

The quality of materials, styling, and workmanship are all superb on this blouse. I saw that different garments you offer can have quite different measurements for the various sizes. I needed a true "small" so that was a concern for me. Using comments as well as the size chart, I found the perfect fit. I'm 100% pleased with the product and your service.

The pants are cut tight not intended for full figure men. Big legs big butt etc I say they are a slim cut.

These pants are very well made. The fit was exactly as stated. I bought one size up. Normally I wear 36". I ordered 38". Service at HE was superb. I'll be buying more items here.

The bathing suit was cheap looking and feeling. Complete waste of money.

Was worried that the the 7 vest I ordered would turn up and either be the wrong size or not be good quality,but they are very very good quality , if you follow the size chart properly then you will receive the correct size, this was the extra one we had to order, as one of the groomsmen measured himself incorrectly. This vest is the perfect match for our wedding , it gives off that old western style without looking like a costume, this vest especially feels like carrhart fabric so it can easily be worn after the wedding you can dress it up or down, so to me thats really good although the price of the vest was very reasonable I'm pretty sure we would have spent more on rentals. Thank you so much for giving me my products on time , for providing a true fitting guide and for the great quality products.

Just beautiful, excellently hand tooled and the staining of the leather was very well done. My wife and I were both very pleased with the overall quality and look of this holster.

This is a very, very nice shirt. Looks great. But, we aware that while on the website it looks like WHITE and gray, it is actually OFF-WHITE and gray. This seems to be the case with many "authentic" western shirts, and I think reflects the fact that the material used is authentic to what would have been used "back then", and back then, white shirts were actually a bit off-white due to the raw materials and processes used. That said, this is a shirt I am very happy with. It has real impact.

Why are the "wing" tips sewn on to the collar...? Are they not supposed to stand up over the tie...?

I don't like the rigid "padding" in the shoulders of this coat.

I know HE has a price point to make. But if they could use all or almost all natural fibers I would b tempted to buy more.

This is a nice piece. At first i thought it was a little on the light side as far as the materials go, but being lighter allows it to be warn it warmer weather. The fit was perfect and it looks good in a photograph! Being a photographer this is important to me. I would recommend this item for anyone who wants to look like a riverboat gambler!

Overall of fine quality. My main complaint is that it is not as large as I expected it to be. If it is a miniature replica, it was not noted as such.

The Hat itself is awesome. However I did not take the time to read how to size because I knew my hat size. Well, these products have a different sizing than I am use to. My normal hat size was way to big. So $15.00 later to send back the hat and another $10.00 to get the smaller size shipped, I am disappointed.

I have been looking for a purple/royal shirt in the 1860-1880's style for months, finally, I find this one and it is exactly what I wanted. It is sized accurately and very well made. Why this color? Well, my fiancee's wedding dress is the same color and period, of course. Our wedding is 26 April 2014, at the Town Gazebo in Tombstone AZ.
