I bought this blouse for a period costume for the year 1890. I wore it today as part of my period costume to the Daughters of the American Revolution 125th Anniversary Celebration at the Biltmore Hotel in Phoenix, AZ. I received so many compliments on my outfit, especially the blouse. Everyone wanted to know where I got it. I told them that I got it from your website. They were impressed! I stole the show today! If you are looking for a quality costume that you can use over and over, this is the one. I bought this for Halloween 2015 and wanted a Mad Scientist coat that look authentic. After reading lots of reviews for other products, I decided on this one even though it was quite a bit more expensive. Well, the adage "you get what you pay for" applies here because you have to pay for quality product. This is made of heavy cotton, with sewn buttons - it looks and functions exactly like a real lab coat - in fact, it probably is. Well worth the extra price.

The demise of the vest (or waistcoat as us Brits call them) as part of our attire is a sad affair. Even when purchasing a suit it is considered an optional extra and yet the vest, much like a hat in my opinion, maketh the man or woman. It changes the look from that just chucked on look to something that has been given thought and consideration. A tweed vest such as the Burford Vest is more than just an accessory to ones attire, it is a work of art. I bought it as part of a costume for Comic-Con but it has replaced my “best” vest in the order of preference in my wardrobe.

This hat looks incredible and feels nice to wear, looks great with any outfit. Great fit and I'm actually wearing it as I'm typing this out.

Ordered late Thurday night, was delivered Monday afternoon way ahead of schedule. The price is appropriate. Buttons my need extra stitching but size is spot on, and I get great compliments from visitors to a Victorian mansion where I volunteer.

These gloves are great. I love the feel of them and they grip my lightsaber great and lets me do all my tricks without my saber sliding away from my hand. The shipping was fast and the price was great and well worth it.

I'm a 180 pound, tall woman who bought this shirt in a large to wear with my jacket and Victorian skirt. I could have done better with a medium. The sleeves are very long. I love the quality and the shirt looks perfect underneath my jacket.

Beautiful vest. Extremely versatile for either period clothing or everyday wear. I absolutely love it.

Bought the large and should have gotten the Med. but it fits good and all just a tad loose. The product however is fantastic and well made, looks awesome and so different from the normal ball cap wore today by everyone.

Bought this along with a mustache for my neighbours grandson for Halloween made a fantastic set up for him and he was so pleased. Not bad for a seven year old to have fun.
