Great service. Pkg arrived before expected, had to exchange it for a smaller size, however it only took a few days an I just received the exchange today (about 5 days turn around).

We initially ordered a medium size which proved to be too big for him, and we had no problem with the exchange -- in fact the person I spoke to by phone offered to process the replacement immediately so we'd have the new vest as quickly as possible. This is a great cap. The size is true so look at the chart for your size. The bill is soft and the cap is unlined, not a big deal. Would I purchase this cap again? Yes.
