I love this blouse. It is the most beautiful color of purple! It's feminine and casual at the same time. I've worn it with blue jeans, leggings and skirt and it works every time. When I first received it I had to go outside in daylight to see the actual color. GOGEOUS!!!

I ordered this vest because I wanted a lighter alternative to my black brushed vest, but I didn't like the thinner material on the back of the madrona vest, so I sent it back and exchanged it for a tan brushed vest with front and back in the same fabric. Lesson learned is that it pays of to really dig into the website(and also western emporium) to really finetune to your exact taste. The only thing I can comment is there is some black hairs inbetween the greys in this vest's front, as well as the 'short fur' kind of texture of the fabric , that don't come out in the foto that much.

Too bad if I failed to open the door for you M'lady, my hands were busy holding this glorious walking stick, and FYI that still makes me the Perfect Gentleman. Seriously, wellmade and luxurious.

I love this shirt. As a European, it brings back memories of oldtime farmers and fishermen,with clogs, chalk pipe and flat cap, and washing clothes on a washing board. Or maybe it's just me, since those arem't steamboat gamblers. White and blue are classic and beautiful in cotton, and this linnen shirt is reality straight out of the past.

I like the shirt and the quality, I find that H E makes good quality shirts, worth the money. I was very disappointed tot see that this one was made in China. Seriously? China. I like to support small, local companies that make stuff in the US and support local workers, but this seems to no longer apply to you. If you moved to China why didn't the price of the shirt come down? Not happy. Editor's Note - Several years ago, the manufacturer switched to overseas production. This coat dress is just beautiful! I ordered it in a larger size than I needed (I would consider myself a S/M, but things are made so tiny anymore, I bought XL, and I am glad I did -- it is only slightly large on me.) Still, the quality is impeccable, and I am very glad I got it.

This is a beautiful dress. I love the ombre look, especially. These "one-size fits most" dresses are great, because they really do fit many shapes and sizes, and they are adjustable if your weight goes up and down. Very pretty and comfortable, too.

This is one of my least expensive ties and my only ascot. With that in mind I must say that the quality of it is better than my much more expensive ties. I would highly recommend this.

I love this jacket. The fit is perfect, (with that being said, I am 5'6, approximately 135 lbs) and the style is more detailed than expected.The back has lace ribbon crissed crossed down the middle and is slightly longer than the front. Looking at the picture, I didn't think it could be worn with jeans. However a friend was here when it came in, and she wanted to try it. Too both of our surprise it looked great. she had on skinny jeans w/ pumps. very happy!

This vest is made out of a very sturdy material, and from the very feel of it I know that it will last me a very long time. This is classified as a work vest so it is a bit sturdy and stiff for those of you used to dress vests, but honestly for most occasions I'm confident that this will pass off in many casual and even semi formal occasions. The color is a a tone browner than it is red, but simple contrasting with your whole get up will prevent the slightly off colored tone so that it won't even be a problem to begin with. Stick with the sizing chart folks, remember for vests and coats that a fitted look is the best look.

This work vest is very well made and remarkably comfortable. I purchased it to be worn while demonstrating my craft at history fairs and reenactments. I've discovered that I like it so much that I have been wearing it whenever I can. I might even get a few more in different colors.

I needed a costume for the Ascot Races scene in a production of "My Fair Lady," and this, paired with the black jabot and a full-length black skirt, made me into a perfect 1912 upper class woman. The material is sturdy, and the workmanship on the shirt was excellent--no crooked seams, loose buttons, or skewed gathers. I'm very impressed. I will definitely order from you again if I need a period costume.

I bought this skirt because it is cotton and won't be so hot doing western reenactments this summer. I am quite pleased. The key pattern is very historically correct. I would buy this one in other patterns if they came in them! 2 Thumbs up for this skirt.

The vest was of high quality material and just what i was looking for to round out my costume.

When this skirt arrived, I was very pleased to see that it was of good quality - a real value for the price. I purchased the olive color and it's a nice shade. The fabric is a nice weight, not see-through but no too stiff, either. The construction's fine and I really like the style. The fit is true to size. Pair with even a simple blouse and you'll have an outfit.

I'm really liking these bloomers and am sure I'll be wearing them often at steampunk outings. They're comfortable; the fabric is soft, not see-through, and has just enough stretch for a nice fit. Best of all, they don't gap in the back (good for those of us whose waists are smaller than our hips.) The style is cute and I love it that they're washable. Five stars!

... dont like being critical but am compelled in this instance. The style of the shirt is great, a pleasure to find something that is not " normal". My issue with the product is the quality of the fabric, what is it, thin sailcloth? For the money not worth the money. Since being picky, the style of the shirt is a band collar designed to be buttoned to the neck, the shirt does not lay well at all between the neck and the first button. I am interested possibly in ordering some of the other style shirts you have but am quite concerned about whether they are the same type material. As an example, if the gambler style with the very blousy back was made from this fabric it wouldn't blouse/ lay well at all. Sorry for bitchin but you asked .......

I tried it on once a realize it was a bit to big so I sent it back for and even exchange from extra-large to a large ...will let ye know soon!
