I, unfortunately, had ordered the XL Buckingham vest, when, in fact the L would have been sufficient. I received the first on a Friday afternoon and immediately called to remedy the situation. The young lady to whom I spoke took my order for the L size (which I needed desperately for a church conference on the following Tuesday, and Monday being a Federal holiday!) In short, I received the replacement on Tuesday, EVEN BEFORE I received the tracking number for it! My colleague so liked the XL that I gave it him as a gift, and all was right as rain! The website product selection is a delight, and the single best choice currently available, for the educational experience for re-enactors who want to consider or verify decisions about styles at certain time periods, as well as for making purchases. With the photos of products (most reasonably priced, as well) it is an excellent adjunct to the general internet in determining trouser, shoe, and shirt styles in 1890. Great.

Unique and beautiful products that cannot be obtained anywhere else that I can find. Reasonable delivery. If it is made in U.S.A., please say so in large print on the outside of the package. In that case, the duties are less when shipping to Canada due to the NAFTA. Excellent quality.

hat sizes

nice looking hat good construction, having only small, medium large ect choices the fit is not very good. you should include a hat sizer band with each purchase my medium is just too big, but a small won't begin to fit.

Wrong size

Seems like a good hat but sent the wrong size. Fortunately it fit my father in law as shipping back would have cost almost as much as the Hat. Late Christmas gift for him I guess so all good.

Great Design...

I was pretty happy with this purchase...size was right on...I had to have the sleeves shortened but that is typical for me. I wish the material was different, it wrinkles very easily. Also, I did exchange the buttons for a bit more pop to the coat...but I will buy more items in the future. PS...if you ever make this coat in a crushed velvet I want one!!...or a cashmere...dang...

Is two Numbers to big

Is a good thing but i can't wearing them it is two numbers to big. :-( But i have take the size with your instruction. resend is not a option is to expensive from swiss to usa. that's a shame.

Great quality but runs large

My fianc� and I are having a Hobbit themed wedding, and this coat worked nicely for the groom�s Bilbo Baggins� costume! The quality is excellent. We did have it tailored to our suit our purposes- the shoulders are quite broad so we took them in for a more relaxed/ less formal look. We also had to exchange for a size smaller- the 38 (my fianc�s measurements) was HUGE on him! If you don�t plan to wear this over a full suit you may want to order a size down or you�ll look like you�re wearing daddy�s clothes :P 5 stars for great quality at a great price, plus the exchange process was really painless.

Great Vest...Size?

I ware vests every day to work at school. This vest has good deep pockets for my antique pocket watch. Love the feel of this vest. It is well made. I ordered 2xl been putting on a little weight thanks to a girlfriend and this is a small 2xl compared to others. Otherwise, it's a great vest. Thanks, I know I will buy more from your great company.
