I love the shirt......!!!!!!! Fits great !!! Looks great as well !!!!!

This was purchased for a theatre production. The quality of the jacket is very nice and should work for quite a few different shows.The actor playing this character was extremely happy with the fit and look.

This skirt exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully made in a gorgeous fabric. Size was as expected.

I had to return for a exchange. I used the measuring guide on the web site and the gun belt was huge. Add two inches to your belt size for a perfect fit. The leather is colored and tooled nicely. Stitching thread is adequate size and tightly sewn. This holster should have double row stitching in me stress points but doesn’t. Thus only 4 stars Fits my Smith and Wesson model 29 with 6 inch barrel well The trigger guard is a bit to big to fit inside but the cylinder is it’s fully inside the leather Made in Mexico.

I wanted an authentic western shirt for my new hobby of Cowboy Action Shooting. I ran across Historical Emporium on the web and they had so many different patterns and colors of western shirts that it was difficult to make a decision. I finally decided on the Coulter style in black and white pinstripe. This is a great shirt, authentically styled and tailored and the pinstripes are visually very pleasing. Quality is quite nice and the large cut of the shirt is very comfortable. I am very pleased with the shirt.

Look good and fit well with extra heavy socks.

Although the construction and style of this vest is of a typical Historical Emporium standard, the picture shown is not true to color, as the vest is closer to a light brown than the bluish gray described in previous customer’s review. I kept the vest because I can wear it with other colors and I saved on re-shipping.

Quick delivery Very nice boots, comfortable. Only issue is the top of boot rubs leg. Hopefully this will go away when shoe is broke in.

I am rating this 4 stars only because it's heavier than the smock I was looking for. Otherwise, if you ride in a lot of buckboards, its a great canvas duster.

This is my third order. I ordered a 2x which normally fits fine. When I went to the individual page I noticed a different sizing chart. I should have ordered a 4x, but it got albeit a little snug, but not enough to return. A bit of advise, be careful an check the sizing chart.

My wife and I both have backgrounds in sewing. We can't equal the quality of these products at this, or any price.

The Thatcher Linen vest is well made. However the sizing description accompanying the garment is inaccurate. I wear a 44 jacket. Consequently, based on your sizing description, I ordered a large vest. It fits too tight. Should have ordered an X-Large. Live and learn. This experience precludes a subsequent purchase.

I brought this based on the sizing chart. Using the chart, I should've been a 3x but got the 4x for a bit more room. It didn't fit. The sleeves were tight and it couldn't button. It seems to run a bit smaller. A 5 or 6x would probably fit, but the sizes don't go that high. Too bad as it was an awesome jacket. I returned it for a refund.

A little bright, will have to pick and choose what it goes with. But certainly brightens up my moss Green shirt and pant combination, just as you suggested it would.

Picked this up for a Ruger Vaquero to sit on my "Western" shelf. Looks nice.

Once again a very well made garment. Rather heavy but that's ok. My only fuss is that I would really like the tops go with the bottoms. I bought a black blouse and was really hoping that the black skirt would match but there is a difference, especially in the sun. The skirt is more of a dark charcoal shade. However, I will wear them together as I have a big frilly apron to break things up. Even if you sold the fabric, I could makeup an Eton jacket. I saw that is the same situation with the wool skirts. I'd buy the fabric as the cost of the fabric and the time spent making would equal out the cost of the finished garment. I go for historical accuracy as much as possible. Buying something once in a while just beats making it even if it is only half the outfit.

This shirt was far from being sized as an x-large. It would only fit a very fat man with short arms and a skinny neck. Shoulder width was to wide. Sleeves were to short and I could barely button the collor. I loved the color and the basic design. Measurements were way off.

Love the shirt...comfortable to wear, breathes easy in hot weather, you can wear it in winter with a Henley underneath it, and it’s easy to care for. It goes well with jeans or with casual dress jeans and a vest, plus you can accentuate with a bandana or wild rag. I was a cowboy in my younger days, I love the old west traditional clothing, it’s how I dress, and get a lot of compliments on it. I’ve bought shirts similar to this from you folks and they’re still holding up great after several years. I’ll be buying more in the future.

The second time I wore these trousers the crotch seam ripped without any strenuous movement, there was a hole about 2 inches long that I had to fix. These look nice and are comfortable but the stitch quality is poor.

The spats are gorgeous and very well made! They’re a perfect accessory that added a unique look to the outfit. I ended up installing separating zippers on the inseam for greater ease of getting them on and off, but they are lovely regardless!

Great coat, well built, true class

The vest is as promised. The material is heavier than I expected and it is warmer than I expected, but that is probably my lack of understanding. I think that the vest will be a reliable garment that I can use for reenactments for many years.
