This is my second holster purchase from historical emporium. Purchased this holster for the Ruger 44-40. Great fit once again. I would recommend these holsters to anyone that is thinking about purchasing one. Well worth the money, you will NOT be disappointed. High quality.

This hat is perfect for my 1890's day dress. Well made and lovely!

I've never owned a pair of suspenders before. Frankly, I don't know how I went so long without them. I have a bit of a belly, so belts are uncomfortable and only for special occasions. I bought them to hold up my Reilly Plaid Trousers. They are a comfortable alternative to a belt. They have a wide range of adjustability, and I don't feel like I'm getting squeezed. They fit perfectly on the buttons sewed in to the trousers. The clasps are tight, so I don't have to worry about them migrating throughout the evening.

I needed a shirt like this with a nice crisp high collar to cement my outfit for a Victorian era party. Its a pullover, with a quarter button up. Don't worry about fumbling around with the button holes because they are perfect. Throw a cravat around you're neck and you'll look like you stepped straight out of the late 1800's. The cuffs are also pretty rigid. The sleeves run a little long but you can throw some sleeve garters on to really take things up a notch.

I thought this coat was made for me when I put it on for the first time. We live in the south, so I'm not really into coats, but this thing is awesome. Timeless, even though the look is a hundred years old, I can wear it with any of my existing modern clothes. I cannot stress enough, don't let the price of these garments fool you. They are real garments, not Halloween costumes. Great quality and good looking.

It's too bad we're not still walking around in the height of turn of the century fashion. This vest runs true to size, like all of the garments I've purchased from Historical Emporium. It feels good. The pockets are real, not just a couple of fake seems. The pocket watch hangs perfectly on it. Length is on point, love it!

They arrived long, so I'm going to have them tailored. They are quite comfortable. The waist is dead on to the size I'm used to wearing. The price seemed high on a lot of these items but when they arrived I was impressed. These are not Halloween costumes, they are real clothes. I'm going to end up wearing them beyond the "Somewhere In Time" weekend at The Grand Hotel for which they were intended.

This watch really keeps time. I wasn't expecting much for the price, but it looks great and it works. Its battery operated, no winding, no worries.

I was looking for a hat to go with my tuxedo for an upcoming event. I did not want a top hat as I feel that top hats are for tails. This classic Homburg is the perfect solution and a much nicer look than a fedora is for a tuxedo. I am never sure of ordering hats that are sized, but the size guide was perfect for me. I was somewhat surprised to learn that the Homburg has been around since the 1890's. As the saying goes: "Fashion comes and goes, by Style is timeless".

I had been searching for sometime for a dual holster with appeal as well as being useful. This holster was absolutely fantastic. The tooling on it was unbelievably terrific. The delivery time for it to be sent to Australia was quicker than expected. So whether your after a dual holster or even a single holster int a tooled version then I highly recommend looking at what is available from Historical Emporium website. I am already looking at a few other items from the website.

overall, this garment is OK for the price. however, when I was taking it off after putting it on for the first time, the stitching around the neck pulled out. so either I needed to get once size larger (evern though the size I purchased fit fine), there is not much stretch or "give" so it almost ripped taking it off.

So thin, cheap, fake and cheesy that I didn't even put it on. Every one that looked at it said, "Don't wear it".

I intend to wear the vest in several upcoming event as a living historian

I actually purchased this shirt as a piece for a Prince costume as it very closely resembled the shirt he wore in Purple Rain..... there are some minute differences but it was not originally designed for that purpose so that's ok. Under purple trench coat, it fits the look perfectly! Very happy with it.

I am SO GLAD that you offered this parasol, as it goes PURRfectly with my gown, and I have been wanting something like this for a long time. Great quality, I have NEVER seen something packaged as safely as this was: A+++++++ I DO hope that you will soon also offer this in a Kelly / Emerald Green against the black like this, then my word would be fulfilled! This Maximillian Four-in Hand Tie is one which I regularly wear to work. It is a quality tie at a bargain basement price. You need to get you one of these as I have been totally satisfied with the tie.

This is a beautiful tie which I wear to work regularly. The price was incredible so I bought three ties (different patterns) and I have been very satisfied with the quality of each of them.

I had been looking at this hat for quite some time and finally just had to have it. My head size is 7 3/8 so it just fits snuggly. Very light-weight and appears to be very well made, just like an original I presume. I do have to agree with others that the chin strap looks "ok" and actually is functional but is not of the quality I would prefer. I'm thinking of taking the hat into a leather works shop to see what they could do. Otherwise the hat is very fun and I'm not disappointed in finally making the purchase. I also have the Safari Jacket and they go perfect together. Very sporting you know!
