My experience here has been very smooth. Nothing to ruffle my feathers at all. I found everything I needed, and perhaps in abundance; colors and styles to choose from and construct the perfect regency outfit. While some might be out of stock, that did not limit my imagination in the slightest. I am wholeheartedly grateful for the Historical Emporium to exist.

2nd order, just as quick as first one

I needed a round-collared shirt (as soon as possible) for a theatrical production I was costuming...and the next day I received an email that the one I ordered was back-ordered--and a substitute suggestion was made. I called Customer Service the next day just to make sure all my ducks were in a row. The experience was simple, fast, efficient and delightful!

I needed my clothing in a hurry and Historical Emporium did not disappoint. I paid extra for rush shipping and received my order well in advance of the anticipated arrival date. Thank you! The leather boots are gorgeous and well made, very comfortable. I was worried about not having a half size because I wear 7.5 shoes, but the 8 is perfectly comfortable. The apron is a little thinner than I expected but very pretty. The buttons on the skirt are plastic which I worry about holding up but I can replace them if needed. The blouse is well made and very attractive. Everything fits extremely well (the medium skirt fits great and I wear size 8 pants). I received many compliments at the local historical society when I debuted -- I will definitely re-order from Historical Emporium in the future.

I have purchased many items on line during Covid and my dealings with you were the best of the lot. I get it that during Covid delays in shipping are inevitable. I place my order for the cross draw holster and in less than 3 weeks it was at my door, just amazing. I have an order, placed in June, with a store and all though they keep promising I have yet to receive the item. You were a hit they are a miss. Isn't this the way it is supposed to be. You had something for sale I wanted, I gave you some money and you sent what I ordered promptly. Your happy and I am happy. Thank you. Just wish you could ship replica old west/civil war weapons to Canada. For some reason Canada Customs is getting silly about such things.
