The skirt is beautiful. All it needed was to be shortened and it’s at the seamstress now.
The occasion is a Robbie Burns dinner. I purchased the skirt for my partner Debbie to accompany me. I will be wearing formal Highland wear, we still need to pick up a few items for her outfit but she is very much looking forward to wearing it.

Beautiful, but...
Want very much to give this blouse a five star rating because it's lovely. However I ordered a size 4X and it is small. I normally order 3X but wanted a roomier fit so am disappointed that the sizing is off. Can wear it but it's tight. I wish it was more comfortable.
