Ordering clothing online can be quite "hit or miss" as to fit. This coat fit perfectly - chest size 46. Wearing the coat for a week+ now has definitely turned heads and garnered many positive comments. Dapper is the most prevalent, followed by "quite a statement." All recognize the era the coat represents, though they may not be able to verbalize it. Several people have nailed the look to TOMBSTONE. (Kurt Russell 1993). Having experienced a perfect fit in this beautiful coat, I am seriously considering purchasing the Rifle Coat in the near future. Indeed, quite a fashion statement.

Buttons are rather CHEESY, and 3 buttons up from the bottom keep coming unbuttoned. Will try adding a stitch or two to the button holes. Otherwise, I like the shirt. I only wish the buttons & button holes did their respective jobs. ATTENTION: "LAWMAN" SHIRTS DON'T REQUIRE LITTLE SHERIFF BADGE BUTTONS.

These period clothes will be part of my everyday public wear. I don't care for contemporary fashion at all. Everyone looks the same. As far as the trousers, they're still in alteration for a shorter inseam adjustment so I have yet to wear them.

Western weekend

I bought this hat for everyday use. My head is often in the clouds and wanted an item to ground my thoughts and creativity while I paint, draw, or write in my free time. I find myself fantasizing about the late 1800's - 1900's often and this hat is just perfect.

I bought this shirt for docent tours of a Presidential home. It is a great fit and is of great quality.
