One of the numerous privations inflicted upon me after being cast 140 years into the future, was the utter lack of any clothing that bespoke my due place in society. Historical Emporium was of material assistance in addressing this, and in consequence, I will neglect no opportunity to sound their praises.

I really like this car coat for the most part. I wish the lapels were a little bit longer to make it look a little bit more Victorian, or early Edwardian as well little bit more feminine. However, the fabric is nice and thin, which makes it ideal for early fall, late spring, or dusty rhodes. This coat has no lining in it, which is also nice because it doesn't make it overly thick or heavy. The pockets are nice and big, and although I think the skirt of the coat could be a little bit wider to accommodate full skirts, it's not a bad fit.

It's a nice vest and great quality like all of the Emporium's merchandise. The only thing I don't like is that the green turns brown when exposed to certain lighting. I'm still looking forward to using it very often.

Bought the black cotton Inverness Cape this time, along with the black cotton Callahan Frock Coat and the black wool Coburn Great Coat I had purchased previously. The Callahan Sack Coat will be purchased before long. Still too warm to wear. I really like these styles.
