Great customer service! I had ordered and received the wrong sized holster. I called and was instructed how to size it. I had the replacement in 2 days. I sent the other back my cost for shipping, it was my error. Great service, great product, very happy customer here.

I wasn't expecting such fast service. I don't order things very often. But getting merchandise within a week +/- beats the old way. Thanks to the Internet, streaks ahead of the postal service. It might be a bit of a lark, to do it the old way just to find out if it will still take 6-8 weeks to ship. Lots of young people can't believe that is used to take that long. All in all very convenient. Very fine store with excellent customer service.

After paying extra money for a rapid delivery I was informed on the day I was expecting this item that it was running late and the possibility occurred that I would receive this item only AFTER I needed it. I then called AMAZON and they immediately got in touch with the Historical Emporium (this was all late at night). What surprised me was that Historical Emporium immediately sent an email refunding the additional delivery charge, and then assured me that my package would arrive the next day. It did. My only regret was that in my AMAZON review, I wasn't sure exactly how a particular prop worked on this item and-due to my own ignorance-claimed that an item was missing (although I pointed out that it was a minor flaw. Afterward I discovered that the 'minor flaw' was me. Thank you Historical Emporium. You came through when so many other companies don't.
