After resolving an issue with a shipping address different from my billing address, I was very pleased with the responsiveness of the customer service representative with whom I spoke.

The product I received was beyond what I expected, and while the shipping instructions warned it might be late, it was actually early.

I have ordered everything online but my failure to properly measure my head earlier in 2023 I was in a jam to get the exchange handled. I overnighted the return and they had the size I needed (again sizing was my mistake) and had the replacement hat to me in time for the event.
