Your customer service people handled the return and the replacement promptly , professionally , and courteously . The only other issue I had was with a pull-up strap on a pair of high topped riding boots that fails the first time I tried to put them on . I called your customer service , talked to them , sent a few pictures to them , and the issue was resolved to my satisfaction by the next day !There is no business that doesn't have a problem from time to time , what matters is how the problems are handled . The way your business handled them in my experience , is fair , prompt , and professional . You can't ask for more !
