The hat sizes seem to run a bit big for 79 bucks. On the other hand, t hat's cheaper than even 50% beaver felt. But the problem was handled well and I got the right size hat promptly. Refund took a bit longer, but not bad time-wise. Well made otherwise. Customer service was prompt and courteous.
