It is hard to get sizes right on the first try. But the exchange process is very smooth. Just do a return and re-order the right size at the same time. The credit shows up immediately, UPS is a snap requiring nothing but going to a UPS place. USPS is more difficult (as you would expect) but is smooth as well.

If I don't complain, then I am satisfied with a product. If I do complain, I will return the product. I don't believe in prompting customers to provide the advertising. Business didn't use to be so demanding.
