The order process was uncomplicated and the order reply was prompt. The quality of the hat I received was top notch and better than anticipated. I have ordered everything online but my failure to properly measure my head earlier in 2023 I was in a jam to get the exchange handled. I overnighted the return and they had the size I needed (again sizing was my mistake) and had the replacement hat to me in time for the event.
