Making the order was easy, I had a few questions before ordering and the operator was very helpful. Placed order and received in what I thought was no time. The coat was perfect fit, just what I wanted all at a fair price. I always try to make an impression at work and Historical Emporium always has what I want to look smart. I received my order promptly and was amazed at the quality of the garments I ordered. I can wear them "on the regular" for an entire day and they will hold up well. Better made than most in retail. Seamings, buttons, fabric, and finishes were superior quality. AND, the garments even came with hangers!

The top hat was exactly like the one I had as a kid in my grand parents house!!!

I have made multiple purchases in the past 6 weeks, every single interaction has been great. I've had to send back a couple items due to not fitting properly. I received my refund the same day item was returned. I had to make a phone cal in regards to an order, customer serve rep was a pleasure to deal with. I was nervous about sizing, as like most, I'm not a straight size. I called, they courteously helped me decide on size and each of my 3 items (walking skirt, vest and Gibson girl blouse) came carefully packaged in just 7 days, although the vest was a 'special order' item and I anticipated a delayed delivery. Everything fit perfectly and each item is well made and authentic to the time period. I will certainly recommend your site to others!
