The customer service at Historical Emporium is fantastic. The Items I ordered were sent to me right away.

Over a number of years I have purchased numerous articles of clothing. As a SASS and NCOWS competative shooter it is getting to the point that I have more 1800's clothing, from Historical Emporium, than I have modern clothing. All of it is excellent quality, historically correct "cut", wears like iron, fits well, and sized as advertised. The customer service, when I have used it, was friendly and efficient. Customer service was fantastic. I used the measuring guidelines given which in no way worked. The item I received was WAY too big. Spoke to customer service about the issue and ordered a new item that fits very nice. Return of the first one was handled rapidly.

I REALLY appreciate the old fashioned items offered at reasonable prices. The only thing I would suggest as an improvement is a little better tracking system for packages. This is not big deal overall but I like to watch for packages as I live in a rural area and if I do not know something is coming, it can sit in the mailbox or beside the mailbox for a couple of days... And nowadays, it could grow legs and walk off, if you know what I mean.

I reached out when I submitted my order and realized I had forgotten to include an item. When I contacted Historical Emporium, they were able to include it in my order without additional shipping. Great service. When I received my order, (in two days), a couple items were too large. The return process was quick and easy. I love the products and the service.
