I have ordered everything online but my failure to properly measure my head earlier in 2023 I was in a jam to get the exchange handled. I overnighted the return and they had the size I needed (again sizing was my mistake) and had the replacement hat to me in time for the event. Fantastic product! Professionally crafted, high quality materials, Packed and shipped beautifully. Comfortable lining of interior and pockets. I wore it the entire evening and was not once uncomfortable or heated. And the jacket weathered it nicely, a quick brushing, and it looked like i just took it out of the bag.
