The products are always top quality. I have never been disappointed. The colors are always just as shown on website, perhaps even better in person. Shipping is awesome. I called to inform customer service that the item I ordered runs smaller than the size would indicate and she questioned me about taking measurements. I just thought it would be helpful if customers new had that information and maybe were told to order a size larger than normal. It felt like she really didn't care to hear about it.
