The overall experience was quite adequate. I had a sizing issue so ordered a larger size and returned the original. The return process was handled in short order. Unique Company and products. Will return as required.

I had an amazing experience! Everything went very smoothly. The products came in just a couple of days from when first I ordered them. The skirt I got was a little big on me, so their website requested I go ahead and get another one and then return the other one later so as to get a new skirt as soon as possible. Same as the first, the second one came in just a couple of days. The products are made with an out of this world quality and fit so nicely! I would recommend the Historical Emporium a thousand times over!

I wanted to know how quickly I could receive and order once I placed it. The gentleman said that the item I was interested in could arrive in about a week. I placed the order on a Monday, and I was delivered on Thursday the same week. I called again after receiving the order for some general information and the young lady on the phone was super sweet and extremely helpful. I could be happier with the entire experience. After lots of looking to put together a good costume for a Halloween party, the Historical Emporium (HE) site kept being 'the' place with the best options. I always brace myself that the products are rarely as good as the photos but HE just proved to be the exception. Of the several products I purchase, ALL were as good as the images, and exceeded my expectations. Really high quality and very competitive pricing. HE is now my go-to store for historical costume options. Oh ...and I paid extra for expedited shipping and it arrives within a couple days. Kudos for the quick actions as needed and expected!
