Item arrived much too large. They were happy to send another after I took some measurements and the second one fits perfectly. I'm 6'9" and typically can't buy "off the rack" but this item fits very well and looks great. Thanks Noel!

I've made purchases from historical emporium several times before. I live in the West U.S. (Colorado and New Mexico) and like the frontier style of your shirts. Every shirt I've purchased with this style looks excellent along with my flat-topped western hats and my cowboy boots. The complete look is true west - not "Hollywood fakey". I get compliments on what I wear almost every day - from family, friends, and - even from folks I don't know, at a store or shopping mall or gas station for example! I called to inform customer service that the item I ordered runs smaller than the size would indicate and she questioned me about taking measurements. I just thought it would be helpful if customers new had that information and maybe were told to order a size larger than normal. It felt like she really didn't care to hear about it.
