Whenever I have emailed to ask a question about something; I always get a reply asap, the quality of the clothes is amazing, bought a pair of cotton brushed trousers a few years back and they still looking good and still holding up! I've never once had a single issue with them aside from getting a waistcoat too big but that's because I ordered the wrong size! Apparently I ordered the wrong size belt for my belt & holster set. Talked to a very polite and informative individual when I called in. He was able to determined what size I needed. I received the new belt in just a few days. It fit perfectly. Excellent service and exceptional product.

I really like the slouch hat, I'm nearly 70, it's the best fitting hat I've ever owned. Wore it this weekend to a reenactment, had several comments about it, all good. Told them where I got it. Thanks!
