When I called, they answered immediately and were very helpful and quick to make an exchange, and it was shipped to me in 2 days with a return label for the exchange. The watch fobs look nice and will compliment my watch chains. Could have been larger diameter.

I received my order promptly and was amazed at the quality of the garments I ordered. I can wear them "on the regular" for an entire day and they will hold up well. Better made than most in retail. Seamings, buttons, fabric, and finishes were superior quality. AND, the garments even came with hangers!
