I ordered the wrong size hat. Expressed shipped it back and Julia was great help as was Noel who's suggestion worked best. US mail had the package arriving in San Jose, the 3rd. It didn't get there. Noel's suggestion he left on my voice mail to buy another and they would refund the first upon receiving it. Having a drop dead date of when I needed the new hat sent Julia followed through with the order's shipping and getting me the info. Hat got here a few days earlier! Thank you, Historical Emporium,

My experience in buying the Long Riding boots I ordered the Long Riding Boots, and when they arrived, one boot, though marked the right size, was noticeably smaller than the other boot. I took photographs and contacted customer service. They were fast in contacting me with the offer to ship another pair, on them. They even let me keep the first pair! The second pair came with no issues. I am very pleased!

Wonderful experience! In the winter I like to play golf in knickers to keep water from wicking up my pant legs. I usually purchase my solid color knickers from golfknickers.com, but I wanted to buy a pair of plaid knickers so I checked out Historical Emporium. I am quite impressed with the black and white plaid knickers that I purchased. I am quite impressed with both the quality and price of the ones I bought!
