I am a regular customer and i have built myself a small wardrobe from Historical Emporiums catalog There have been a handful of occasions where I've contacted customer service with questions about some products and received no response to my inquiries But those occasions are few and far between I'm overall satisfied with the quality of the products that I've purchased And I will definitely be shopping from their site again in the near future

I found what I needed on their web page. That was hard to do only because there was a lot of choices, but after I decided I ordered and the package arrived that same week. The company did send me a message to confirm I received the package and thank me for my purchase. As for the product it was of good quality and with expected alterations it fit great. I have done historical reenactments for over 20 years, and this company has historically accurate clothing.
