I love the clothes, never had a problem and delivery is fast

This was a anniversary gift for Ted and I didn't come up with an idea until one week before our anniversary - it arrived just in time and he loved it . I ordered a shirt for Christmas last year and it is well made. Thank you very much for good products and good customer service.

My green Vaughan waistcoat was a little snug, returned for next size. Return instructions were clear and easy to follow. Although I am on the opposite side of the U.S., received my replacement one week from when I started the process. Exceptional service.

Ordered online , very simple to do . Delivery was several days faster than I expected .Excellent quality and fit exactly as measured .

The lady who answered the phone went out of her way to ensure I got perfect fit on the shirt and suggested the garters. I didn't know what I wanted in a tie and she helped me pick out a good one. Had she been standing beside me she couldn't have done better. As for the delivery time: my order was supposed to take several days, maybe a week......but it took just four days to my door. I'm not used to such short delivery times from anyone except Amazon...and I'm only three miles from one of their "hubs".
