I had a great experience with the Emporium. They have some pants cut in a more modern fit. This was a great benefit for me as I am short and short waisted! Maybe in future you could consider offering more Trousers with a similar cut. I'm sure I am not the only person who would prefer the fit! The order arrived very quickly and was exactly what I wanted. These people offer good merchandise and great service. They will assist you with any issues that may arise and everyone knows that sometimes when ordering any kind of clothing where you can't try the items on, occasionally there's going to be size differences. I've only had a couple in my experience with these folks and they've always made it right. This kind of service has become unusual and I find it inspiring to find an outfit that adheres to satisfying their customers.

I ordered a drop loop holster and surprised how fast it arrived. I was amazed at the quality and craftsmanship. Unfortunately I ordered it a little too big. I shipped it back and within two weeks got the new holster. The new holster fits and looks awesome. I'm extremely satisfied and will definitely give Historical Emporium my business in the future.

Apparently I ordered the wrong size belt for my belt & holster set. Talked to a very polite and informative individual when I called in. He was able to determined what size I needed. I received the new belt in just a few days. It fit perfectly. Excellent service and exceptional product.

I got invited to Victorian Christmas Tea and wanted a blouse for the occasion. I found your company on the internet. I narrowed my choices to two blouses. I ordered both figuring I would return one once I tried them on. When they arrived (very quickly) they both fit so well and we're so well made that I have kept both. I wore the Bella blouse to my tea and got many compliments. It was a challenge to iron but, very worth the effort. I will be looking for a classic cowgirl blouse soon. Thank you.
