Extremely responsive customer service, and turnaround time faster than what was listed on the site. What they make is very high quality, with good construction and materials, and very historically-accurate. It does not look "ready made" like a lot of other historical costumes I see.

I had an amazing experience! Everything went very smoothly. The products came in just a couple of days from when first I ordered them. The skirt I got was a little big on me, so their website requested I go ahead and get another one and then return the other one later so as to get a new skirt as soon as possible. Same as the first, the second one came in just a couple of days. The products are made with an out of this world quality and fit so nicely! The gunbelt was a little too large. Be careful measuring, go pants size then up to 4 inches bigger. But they refunded the money and I bought a smaller size. Customer service was great! Product was great!!! Shipping was good. I will definitely order from them again. Already have items in my cart, lol.
