I had a mistake when I placed the order on line. I selected the wrong color. As soon as I caught it I called customer service. The order was corrected immediately and within minutes I had the 'your order has been shipped email'. T hat, my friend, is great customer service.
However, I'm not sure why sales tax is charged. I don't live in California.

I had one pair of pants that did not fit, time is kind of an issue so I bought another pair up sized, and returned the first pair. The speed at which they got my second order out, and then the speed at which they issued a refund we're amazing!

I don't usually give 4 stars. I keep one back for improvements. However, the service and most of all the quality of the garment was excellent. I am a pro Santa Claus and only buy custom suits. I know, enjoy and expect quality craftsmanship. I bought the vest to, not that I didn't want it, to check out the quality. I'm impressed. I'll be buying more from you.
