Customer service was very quick to respond to a question I had regarding expediated shipping and they were able to get the clothes here for Christmas without expediated shipping.

I should have ordered the 42" or 44" but you were out. I could not wait and thought it would be OK but it was not (my fault).

Placing the order was trouble free. Delivery time was exceptionally quick. Unfortunately the garment had a mark on it that possibly could have been caused in shipping. I requested a new garment. They asked for pictures which I then sent. They immediately sent a new garment with a shipping label to send the first one back. It was a smooth and seamless transaction. Their customer service was excellent.

My over all experience is quite pleasing. You are very easy to do business with. Your website is straight forward and shows and explains your products very well. Shipping time is outstanding!
