The products were great. Hand to send something back for a different size. The process was easy and fast.

I purchase a blouse and although I had to return it (only because it did not work with my outfit), it was a beautiful well made item. It was delivered promptly, the return was easy and my credit was fast.

I'm really pleased with the quality and service I've received from this company. I've bought two things recently so far - a leather hip pack and a cameo necklace. Both are VERY nice quality and the prices are reasonable for w hat you get. (In comparison I've bought two things online from China recently and they were terrible quality, not as described and the customer service ranged from poor to abysmal. Looks like I'll be doing more shopping here in the future!). The website has a nice selection of items and from my reading and from seeing photos from the actual time period, the items look very historically accurate. Very pleased with the company overall.

The boots I ordered did not appear as they did online. The color was off and the shape was considerably different from what was pictured. I paid a hefty return fee to return the boots. Unlikely to order shoes from you again because my feet are hard to fit and I can get free shipping and returns elsewhere.

Great product, excellent customer service. We wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again!

W hat can I say - I screwed up my order. Pure and simple. I ordered late at night when I wasn't feeling well and I botched it. Past experience told me t hat if I called the customer service number and went "Help! I tried ordering when I had a cold!" the nice person on the other phone would tell me whether I should order a second product to make sure they didn't sell out of the proper size before my return got there or if I should just return it and not worry about their stock. To absolutely no one's surprise, past experience told the truth. Seriously, I love these guys. I'm pretty sure I could call up and ask if anyone in the department had recommendations on a new tea variety to stock in my cupboards and, even though it's not a thing the Emporium carries, they would rattle off a couple of employee favorites and wish me a nice day.
