I was amazed at the fit and the attention to period-correctness (if you will). This is a beautiful suit. If I ever have the need for more period clothing, you will be my first choice. My green Vaughan waistcoat was a little snug, returned for next size. Return instructions were clear and easy to follow. Although I am on the opposite side of the U.S., received my replacement one week from when I started the process. Exceptional service.

I wasn't expecting such fast service. I don't order things very often. But getting merchandise within a week +/- beats the old way. Thanks to the Internet, streaks ahead of the postal service. It might be a bit of a lark, to do it the old way just to find out if it will still take 6-8 weeks to ship. Lots of young people can't believe that is used to take that long. All in all very convenient. Very fine store with excellent customer service.
