I wanted to know how quickly I could receive and order once I placed it. The gentleman said that the item I was interested in could arrive in about a week. I placed the order on a Monday, and I was delivered on Thursday the same week. I called again after receiving the order for some general information and the young lady on the phone was super sweet and extremely helpful. I could be happier with the entire experience. I normally place an order twice a month and the service is excellent. Only one time I had to contact customer service. My fault, ordered the wrong items. Several items in my cart, waiting for restocking.

I love your product line! Very smooth Christmas transaction. Ordered on-line from my home in Tennessee and had delivered (for Christmas wrapping) to the home in California which id be staying. Customer service caught that i purchased at one location and delivered to another which resulted in a discount on my shipping. High quality merchandise, ALL recipients loved their "stuff".

I got invited to Victorian Christmas Tea and wanted a blouse for the occasion. I found your company on the internet. I narrowed my choices to two blouses. I ordered both figuring I would return one once I tried them on. When they arrived (very quickly) they both fit so well and we're so well made that I have kept both. I wore the Bella blouse to my tea and got many compliments. It was a challenge to iron but, very worth the effort. I will be looking for a classic cowgirl blouse soon. Thank you.
