I ordered a gun belt/holster and even though I ordered a size that was 2 sizes larger than what I wear in pants (per their recommendation). The great thing was how fast I received a larger size.

Though occasionally something doesn't quite fit right, customer service is always willing to work with me and I've always come away satisfied.

I normally place an order twice a month and the service is excellent. Only one time I had to contact customer service. My fault, ordered the wrong items. Several items in my cart, waiting for restocking.
