I have ordered everything online but my failure to properly measure my head earlier in 2023 I was in a jam to get the exchange handled. I overnighted the return and they had the size I needed (again sizing was my mistake) and had the replacement hat to me in time for the event. We ordered a pair of Trousers. They were too small. We needed them in a hurry so we ordered another pair. We should have " returned" them instead of "exchanged" them. But Julia got it taken care of and things are fine.
