I have made multiple purchases in the past 6 weeks, every single interaction has been great. I've had to send back a couple items due to not fitting properly. I received my refund the same day item was returned. I had to make a phone cal in regards to an order, customer serve rep was a pleasure to deal with. We ordered this for a black tie wedding, and it arrived in a short time. We will need to adjust it a bit, but overall the quality is great and it will be stunning.

I ordered two shirts from Historical Emporium. Both 3X. I received them quickly. The one shirt fits perfectly while the other was extremely oversized. The neck, which was described as 18-20 inches actually measured 22 inches. I called customer service and explained the situation. I asked if an exchange for a 2X would be possible. They immediately sent the new shirt with a pre-paid shipping label for me to return the other. The customer service rep was extremely friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this company.
