I ordered over the last two years repeatedly Frontier Classic high waist Trousers.They are solid products and very comfortable to wear.No itching or slipping on the waist.Here in Germany you are always the point of attention and really individuality wearing this stuff. My boots arrived much sooner than they were supposed to. I'm glad that I only paid for standard shipping, as any upgrade would have been a waste of money. The fit was perfect, and I could not have been more pleased with the workmanship. I have ordered twice, and haven't had to return anything, so I can't speak on customer service issues, but I'm sure I will be placing another order soon.

I REALLY appreciate the old fashioned items offered at reasonable prices. The only thing I would suggest as an improvement is a little better tracking system for packages. This is not big deal overall but I like to watch for packages as I live in a rural area and if I do not know something is coming, it can sit in the mailbox or beside the mailbox for a couple of days... And nowadays, it could grow legs and walk off, if you know what I mean.

I had a great experience with the Emporium. They have some pants cut in a more modern fit. This was a great benefit for me as I am short and short waisted! Maybe in future you could consider offering more Trousers with a similar cut. I'm sure I am not the only person who would prefer the fit! The order arrived very quickly and was exactly what I wanted.
