My order came a week earlier than expected. There were no instructions with it, but customer service responded quickly.

Customer service was fantastic. I used the measuring guidelines given which in no way worked. The item I received was WAY too big. Spoke to customer service about the issue and ordered a new item that fits very nice. Return of the first one was handled rapidly.
