I have enjoyed everything I've purchased from Historical Emporium so far. I really like every item of clothing. I really like the pocket watches (I lost the first one in my house the first day and bought a second one). I love the Fedora. Because I am tall and thin I was concerned about sizes of clothing because I have a lot of trouble shopping at stores and sent an email to customer service. They responded with information I could use to make my orders. So far all the clothing I've ordered fits very well. I'm quite surprised. An item I ordered was out of stock and customer service sent an email suggesting and asking if a choice of certain substitutions might be acceptable. I selected a substitution, the order was sent, and I'm very happy. I really like Historical Emporium.

Apparently I ordered the wrong size belt for my belt & holster set. Talked to a very polite and informative individual when I called in. He was able to determined what size I needed. I received the new belt in just a few days. It fit perfectly. Excellent service and exceptional product.

I was amazed by how fast it got here. Ordered on Saturday and it was here on Wednesday. The quality of the hat was very nice as well

Your website was very easy to navigate and I found what my husband wanted quickly. The checkout process was simple and I was emailed a receipt of my payment immediately. Delivery was even quicker than quoted!!!
