I am a regular customer and i have built myself a small wardrobe from Historical Emporiums catalog
There have been a handful of occasions where I've contacted customer service with questions about some products and received no response to my inquiries
But those occasions are few and far between
I'm overall satisfied with the quality of the products that I've purchased
And I will definitely be shopping from their site again in the near future

I purchased a Red Bib shirt which was not the material advertised. This came as a surprise to Customer Service who immediately sent me a return label and RMA.
They were great, the company that made the shirt was not following the agreed upon material choice were not so great.

I called to inform customer service that the item I ordered runs smaller than the size would indicate and she questioned me about taking measurements. I just thought it would be helpful if customers new had that information and maybe were told to order a size larger than normal. It felt like she really didn't care to hear about it.
