I have ordered everything online but my failure to properly measure my head earlier in 2023 I was in a jam to get the exchange handled. I overnighted the return and they had the size I needed (again sizing was my mistake) and had the replacement hat to me in time for the event. the holster for the 45 colt was good quality and would give you a thumbs up the holster for the 22 was off center and looks like it may tear if not careful with holstering gun.

Ordered a cowboy holster...it was 1/2 of other sites. Those other sites said they were 10 weeks out. HE shipped super quick then I decided to exchange for different size. Customer Service politely explained process and it went smoothly with almost no wait time to get new belt. Seriously the world would be a much more pleasant place if all business operated like HE.

I'm a happy returning customer. But the last order I received was for a beautiful frock coat. I had the surprise of very expensive Customs fees at the post office, for the first time, when I went to get the package. It never happened before. Perhaps, it would be nice to advise the clientèle that fees like that could be expected sometimes. So that way, we won't get that big of a surprise when we go to the post office to get our purchase.
