suspenders had mildew or stains on leather. I promptly got another shipped to me but the first should have been inspected before sending out. Hopefully a lesson learned.

Overall, i am generally very happy with the products and services from Historical Emporium.
I live in the UK, so however, i would just add that once the postal shipping charges plus the customs tax charges are added, buying products from Historical Emporium can work out as a rather expensive proposition.
Of course, i understand that this is no fault of your good selves, though it does very much put me off buying from you in future. IF An item is over a certain price, an exorbitant customs charge is added. Combined with the postage, it can work out to a rather hefty expense.
Can't fault your wonderful products of course, but the added expense does put me off somewhat.

Excellent customer service. Product was checked and re-checked for shipping, arrived on two hangers and covered with a long clear plastic bag, ready to hang in my closet until I use it. Thank you so much!
