Good service

Bad quality check ,first gun belt had fallen apart in the box , second gun belt ,the buckle was on backwards, Need to check stuff before shipping. ....

We have purchased may items from HE and have always been very happy with the quality and fit. The one time I had a size issue they helped me resolve it and get the size I needed.

Everything from start to finish went very smoothly. I was very impressed with the level of service I received.

Overall it was fairly easy to find what I was looking for. The only down-side I can see was that it was not clear an item could not be shipped to a PO Box until the next day. Called customer service and they quickly took care of updating the shipping ad dress. The clothing came when expected.

My package was stolen from my mailbox and I had to call customer service twice until I received a replacement of my brothel tokens. Customer service was always helpful, considerate, respectful, cooperative and sent another set within a few days.
