Customer service was fantastic. I used the measuring guidelines given which in no way worked. The item I received was WAY too big. Spoke to customer service about the issue and ordered a new item that fits very nice. Return of the first one was handled rapidly.

The product I ordered happened to be the wrong color I immediately called customer service and they took care of the problem right away I mailed back my product and they replace it with the right color I want to thank CustomerService very much for taking care of it so promptly CLARENCE
